- Accounts: I'm unable to create an additional
account. In
order to create an additional account, you will need to use a different email
address and password.
- Address Type:* (a selection sometimes available during
check-out) Most
customers will fall under the residential category. When selecting an
address type, choose either [Residential] or [Commercial] depending on where
the package is being delivered to. Generally, most households are
considered Residential and most Businesses that receive commercial deliveries
from large trucks are considered Commercial. If you are unsure which
Address Type you are, please click "This Link" to find out. DO NOT choose
Commercial unless you are absolutely sure that it is a Commercial
address. If you feel that this link has incorrectly labeled your
address, please contact the "United States Postal
Service" (USPS).
- Check Out Page:
How do I leave the checkout page
if clicking the "Back" arrow in my browser will not let
me? Simply click on any category or page link in the top
or left menu bars.
- Customer Pick-Up Account: Why am incurring shipping charges while logged-in to with my Customer Pick-Up account? Some of the products that we sell are only available drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. If shipping charges are being assessed on a particular product, this is because we do not currently stock the product within our store and the product will actually still be shipped directly to your door. Please Contact Us for further assistance.
- Email a Friend:
- What is this
and how does it work? This allows you to
email a link to the page you are currently viewing to someone else. To use
this feature click the green "Email a friend" link on the product listing page. Then fill out the form
to forward them a link to the page.
- When I click
the "Email a friend" link, my page scrolls to the top, but I don't see the
pop-up! Check to make sure that the pop-up is not opening up
"behind" your browser window. This often happens in any store or website.
- Links wont
open: When I click on some our your
links, nothing happens. If you are having trouble opening links within
our store, please make sure to add our website address to your browser's
"allow pop-ups" list or just set it to "allow pop-ups" temporarily, while you
are visiting our website. Many of our internal links are set to open in
a new window so that you can simply close the new window rather than having to navigate back to the page you started from,
- Pick-Up @ Warehouse Account (Same as Customer Pick-Up Account): Why do product prices change when I login to my pick-up @ warehouse account. As a convenience to our Pick-Up account users, we have made our Drop-Ship products available from within your account. Since these products will still ship directly from the manufacturer to your address, the shipping costs have been added into the product price. Either way, the price that you pay (including shipping) are the same.
- Product
Reviews: You may only post one review per product and your
review will be publicly posted for other customers to view. Your email is required to identify you as a customer and will never show up in your review. You may also use a fictitious or user name in place of your real name. We take great pride in our store and read all of our reviews before approving them. We welcome any constructive review, positive and negative.
- Rewards
Points: How come I can't seem to
purchase a Gift Certificate with my rewards points? Rewards
points can only be used to purchase the $10 Rewards Points Gift Certificate from within your account, not the standard "Gift Certificate" that is available in amounts of $25,
$50, $75 and $100 amounts.
- Shipping
Charges: Why did my shipping suddenly
increase when I only added one more product to my order? When
adding products to your cart, if the shipping carrier determines that an
additional package will be required, you will be charged an additional base
package charge. This is typically around $7.00. Please Click Here for more info.
